All our floral products are shipped directly from our studio in China. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note, delays may occur due to customs or high-volume seasons. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rate

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total, with generous shipping subsidies from our brand.

As a boutique studio shipping directly from our atelier in China, international shipping costs are substantial — averaging around $40 per parcel. However, we believe beautiful florals should be accessible, and that shipping fees shouldn’t get in the way of a stunning bouquet.

The higher your order value, the more we absorb the cost — and for orders over $300, we’ll cover shipping entirely.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your floral pieces. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

What qualifies for a refund or return:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Significant quality issues

Return window: 30 days from delivery date.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at hello@aspetal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

No need to return in most cases:

Due to high international shipping costs and the fragile nature of our products, you may not be required to return the item. In such cases, we’ll offer:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement (if available)

Items not eligible for return:

  • Customized floral arrangements
  • Used or unboxed scented items
  • Final sale or discounted items

Change of mind? We’ll try our best to help. While we can’t cover return shipping, we may offer store credit or a partial refund case-by-case.

Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days once approved. Refunds will go to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
